Dumpster Dash Valet was founded by Chris "Lenny" Lenihan with a simple belief: property managers deserve better than what the big national chains offer.
Too many communities get stuck with call centers, rigid contracts, and service teams that change every few months. We built DDV to be different, locally owned, directly involved in daily operations, and accountable to every property we serve.
We serve apartment communities throughout St. Johns County & Southern Duval County, focusing on properties where local oversight and hands-on service make a real difference.

About the Owner
Chris "Lenny" Lenihan is the owner and operator of Dumpster Dash Valet, a locally owned valet trash service built on integrity, accountability, and white-glove execution.
Lenny has been part of the local community for more than seven years and founded Dumpster Dash Valet to provide apartment communities with a dependable alternative to national valet trash providers. His hands-on approach ensures property managers have a direct line to the decision-maker, not a call center or rotating regional staff.
Every property is treated with care and consistency, with a focus on clear expectations, professional service teams, and reliable execution night after night. Lenny believes strong communication with both property management and residents is the key to reducing complaints and maintaining clean, well-run communities.
Dumpster Dash Valet was also built with family in mind—creating a business that allows Lenny to be present for his autistic son during his waking hours, and one day potentially work alongside him. That long-term mindset drives a commitment to doing things the right way, every time.
