How often is trash collected?
Pickup schedules are clearly defined with property management and typically occur on set evenings each week. Optional additional pickup nights are available if needed.
What time does service take place?
Service is performed during agreed-upon after-hours time windows to minimize disruption to residents and maintain a clean, quiet community.
Do residents need special containers?
No. Residents place properly bagged household trash outside their door according to community guidelines provided by management.
What items are allowed for pickup?
We collect bagged household trash only.
What items are not allowed?
To keep service consistent and efficient, we do not collect: bulk or junk items, furniture, mattresses, or appliances, construction or renovation debris, or loose/unbagged trash. Clear guidelines help reduce confusion and complaints.
Do you offer recycling?
Yes—where supported by the property. Recycling schedules, accepted materials, and participation requirements are clearly defined with management.
How do you handle holidays or missed service days?
Holiday schedules and service adjustments are communicated in advance. If changes are needed, we coordinate directly with property management so residents have clear expectations.
Who does property management contact with questions or issues?
You work directly with our local team, not a call center. This ensures faster responses, clear communication, and direct accountability.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Our agreements are flexible and designed to fit your property's needs. We believe in earning your business through consistent service—not long-term lock-ins.
